Architecture Manager

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. Your main responsibilities will include managing project budgets and timelines, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success, and providing technical guidance to junior architects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture industry. A strong understanding of building codes and regulations is also required. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$. Freshers are welcome to apply.

As an Architecture Manager, your duties will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior architects
- Reviewing design plans for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Preparing reports and presentations on project status for upper management
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the architecture industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
