Guest Services Coordinator - Concierge (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
The Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk at a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for a Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills who is looking for an entry-level role in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
- Make reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options to assist guests with their travel plans
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests
- Manage guest feedback and take necessary actions to address any concerns or issues
- Assist in training new concierge staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not required
Salary: AED 1700 per month
Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Abu Dhabi.
