Job Title: Senior JAVA Developer


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Herning. As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will mentor and lead junior developers, ensuring that all code meets coding standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using Java technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop efficient code
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Ensure all code meets coding standards, follows best practices, and is well-documented
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new tools/technologies when required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language, Spring framework, Hibernate, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with front-end development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
