Senior Level Developer

Our IT company in Randers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be able to lead and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features
- Mentor and guide junior developers in coding best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of codebase
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:
