Office Clerk
We are hiring an Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This is an entry-level position, making it a great opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Additional Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Prior experience in an office setting is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
