Indian Merchandiser - Hawalli

Our company is seeking a skilled Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Hawalli. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and promoting sales of products in retail stores. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that products are displayed effectively and attractively to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement strategies to increase product sales in assigned retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and displays for new products
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Build strong relationships with store managers to negotiate prime shelf space for our products
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with market analysis tools
- Must be willing to travel within Hawalli as needed

Salary:
1500$ per month
