QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products before they are released to our clients. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any issues or bugs, and collaborate with them to find solutions. You will also be responsible for creating and executing test plans, analyzing test results, and continuously improving our testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, experience working in an agile environment, and excellent communication skills. Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Ufa, Russia (open to Canadians)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Familiarity with agile development processes
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans based on project requirements
- Identify, report, and track issues/bugs using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with development team to find solutions for identified issues/bugs
- Perform regression testing to ensure code changes do not introduce new issues
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Continuously improve testing processes by incorporating best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project status and any roadblocks
