Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing various projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet all requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify project objectives and deliverables
- Manage project timelines and resources
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to ensure alignment and address any challenges
- Monitor project expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and follow best practices
- Prepare reports on project status for management
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop contingency plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
