We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's online presence, including social media accounts and website.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service through online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions or recommendations
- Monitor and maintain our company's online presence, including social media accounts, website, and other online platforms
- Create engaging content for social media posts and website updates to attract potential clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, website management, and other online tools
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude towards challenges

Benefits:
