As an Online Consultant based in the beautiful Faroe Islands, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

Your excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of our company's products or services will be crucial in this role. You must also possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all client interactions and conduct follow-up calls or emails as necessary. This will require strong organization skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online setting. A biometric passport is also required due to the nature of our business. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$, along with accommodation in the beautiful Faroe Islands.
