Administrative Assistant - Ar-Ruwais, Philippines
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Philippines. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling various office tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents and files
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with prior experience in a similar role. However, all nationalities are welcome to apply.
