Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Vilnius. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating various construction activities, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications
- Procure materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction projects
- Select and manage subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality of workmanship
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and timeline projections

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position is suitable for men who have experience in the construction industry.

Salary: $1500 per month. This is a full-time position located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
