Construction Project Manager
A construction company in Hawalli is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead a team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is being completed according to schedule
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the course of the project
- Prepare regular progress reports for upper management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
Preferred:
- Experience working on construction projects in Hawalli or the surrounding area
