Construction Project Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Hawalli and we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the project from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track
- Manage resources and materials to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with international teams is preferred
- Fluency in English is required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
