Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager for our international company located in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative duties and operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies
- Maintain office records, including financial transactions and employee records
- Schedule appointments and meetings for upper management
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors and clients
- Manage office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
