Hotel Sales Manager
As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the hotel. You will be based in Balzers, a beautiful city known for its stunning natural landscapes and rich history. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times to maintain client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions for guests
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of various sales techniques and tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
