We are a bustling men's salon in Sofia, Bulgaria seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our male clients. Your main duties will include cutting and styling hair, trimming beards and mustaches, and advising clients on proper hair care and styling techniques.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of current men's haircut trends and techniques, as well as excellent customer service skills. You must also have a passion for the industry and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyle
- Cut, trim, and style hair according to client preferences
- Shave, trim, or shape beards or mustaches
- Advise clients on proper hair care and styling techniques
- Ensure all tools and equipment are clean and sanitized
- Handle client payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of current men's haircut trends and techniques
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid barber/cosmetology license (preferably from Bulgaria)
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
