Junior Civil Engineer


As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, designing, and construction of various projects within the city of Porto. Your main duties will include conducting site visits to assess project feasibility, creating detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software, and ensuring that all work is completed within the allocated budget and timeline.

In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop your skills in project management, budgeting, and technical design. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals such as architects, contractors, and local authorities.

To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and other relevant software is essential. You should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. As this role does not come with accommodation benefits, preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Porto or are willing to relocate at their own expense.

We welcome freshers who are passionate about pursuing a career in civil engineering. However, prior internship or co-op experience would be an advantage.
