Civil Engineer - Structural Design Specialist


We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a specialization in structural design to join our team in Porto. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and design of structural elements for buildings, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Perform site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct research on new materials and methods to improve project efficiency and sustainability
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in structural design for civil engineering projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. In addition to salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees as well as free visa sponsorship and transportation arrangements.
