A renowned hotel in Jizan is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries that meet the high standards of our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry will contribute to the success of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of desserts and pastries, including cakes, pies, tarts, cookies, and more.
- Develop new recipes while also adhering to existing menu items.
- Ensure all pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and are presented beautifully.
- Manage inventory of pastry supplies and place orders when needed.
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with other chefs to create dessert menus that complement the main dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of various dessert techniques, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred. At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable establishment is required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave.

Location:
Our hotel is located in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This position is open for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
