We are currently seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various surfaces and materials to achieve a high-quality finish. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishing products using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure a smooth finish by sanding and buffing between coats
- Use masking tape and drop cloths to protect surfaces from overspray or drips
- Follow safety procedures when working with potentially hazardous materials
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any malfunctions
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work tasks and meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials when necessary
- Attention to detail with an eye for perfectionism
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport (if not already available, must be willing to obtain one)
