IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with a focus on managing and implementing new systems and processes. This is a contract position in Kolding with a salary of 1600$, including free visa and ticket. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems
- Oversee the development and implementation of new software and hardware solutions
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, data management, and security protocols
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve complex technical issues
- Proven leadership skills

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, CISSP)
- Experience working in a contract role
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
