IT Manager - Kolding, Denmark



As the IT Manager for our company in Kolding, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our information technology systems. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our company's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall IT operations and efficiency
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Manage network security and data backup processes
- Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proficient in network administration, database management, and system security
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Solid understanding of project management principles

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
