Part-Time Industrial Architect


As a part-time Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures in Vejle. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and models, conducting site visits, and collaborating with other architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures.
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software.
- Conduct site visits to analyze existing structures, gather information, and identify potential challenges.
- Develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to building codes, safety standards, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Provide support during construction by responding to requests for information, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site inspections.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, building codes, and technology advancements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Proficient in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, structural systems, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)

Work Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule (20 hours per week) with the possibility of additional hours during busy periods.

Location: Vejle (onsite work required)
