Architectural Technologist in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring they comply with building regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with plans.
- Research building materials and methods to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments to plans.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models.
- Communicate project progress and changes with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia
