Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are a fast-growing architectural firm in the beautiful city of Chelyabinsk, seeking a skilled and passionate Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and models for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
- Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and data for project planning
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Stay updated on building codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Assist in project coordination, including communicating with contractors and suppliers
- Participate in team meetings and presentations to share updates on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and team members
