Entry Level Baker


Our busy bakery in Herzliya is in need of an Entry Level Baker to join our team. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for a job without the requirement of fluency in English. We will provide a free visa and ticket for the chosen candidate. This is an urgent need, so we are seeking someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed
- Decorate baked goods according to instructions or creative design
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are properly labeled and stored
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Indian national with no English requirement
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precision
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methods in baking
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1300 per month
