Job Title: Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Bungoma is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land boundaries, topographical features, and other natural or man-made structures. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are planned and executed accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Measuring distances, angles, and elevations to determine land boundaries
- Preparing detailed maps and reports for clients
- Providing accurate data for construction projects
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure project accuracy
- Utilizing computer software to analyze survey data and create maps
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of all surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and create accurate maps using computer software
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
