Contract Baker in Aalborg, Denmark


We are currently seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark on a contract basis. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our bakery.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other items in a timely manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate baked goods with icings, glazes, and toppings
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Must have basic knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
