Seasonal Restaurant Manager
We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Odense for a seasonal position. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a restaurant manager and be able to handle the fast-paced environment of a busy restaurant. As this is a seasonal job, the candidate must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained at all times
- Train and supervise staff on company policies and procedures
- Manage schedules and payroll for employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Odense
- Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal job
