Server/Waiter


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Waiter to join our team at our busy restaurant in the vibrant city of Mombasa. As a Server/Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their meal
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Server/Waiter is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
