Part-Time Construction Manager



We are searching for a skilled Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects on a part-time basis, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires previous experience in construction management, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects on a part-time basis, ensuring they are completed within the set timeframe and budget
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Oversee site safety procedures and ensure all workers comply with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: Aalborg (relocation not required)

Please note that this is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential for full-time employment in the future. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who do not reside in Aalborg. Preference will be given to candidates who have their own valid visa for Denmark.
