Part-Time Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to overseeing the actual construction process. This position is based in Aalborg and offers a competitive salary of 1700$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality, safety standards, and adherence to project plans
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
