Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and communities to ensure all content posted follows company guidelines
- Respond promptly to any issues or concerns raised by community members
- Engage in discussions with community members to foster a positive and respectful environment
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for managing difficult situations or conflicts
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for moderating online communities
- Report any violations of company policies or potential legal issues to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate records of all moderation activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience moderating online forums or communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

This is a contract position suitable for men, no English proficiency required. We offer a competitive salary of $1000 USD per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
