As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of restaurant staff
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle financial responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Siauliai, Lithuania.
