Loader Operator



We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Shan, China. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment, including loaders, forklifts, and skid steers
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Move materials around job sites as needed
- Safely operate equipment according to company and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment, preferably as a loader operator
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Salary: $1000 per month
