Job Title: Moderator for Online Community (Malayalees)



Are you passionate about building and maintaining online communities? Do you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills? We are seeking a Moderator for our online community of Malayalees living in Triesen. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100.

As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing the community's interactions and ensuring that all members adhere to the community guidelines. You will also be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content to keep the community active and growing.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Experience in moderating online communities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Malayalee culture and current events
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Triesen

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the community's discussions, comments, and posts to ensure they align with the community guidelines
- Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop new ideas for content creation and engagement strategies
- Create engaging posts, polls, quizzes, etc. to encourage member participation
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community by enforcing respectful behavior among members
- Keep up-to-date with current events and topics relevant to the Malayalee community in Triesen
