Junior Android Developer
Location: Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Android Developer to join our growing team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Junior Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about mobile app development and wants to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain native Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of Java or Kotlin programming languages
- Experience developing mobile applications for the Android platform
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development life cycle
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices for mobile applications
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Salary:
This position offers a starting salary of 1100$ per month.
