Sales Manager - Os, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training to the team as needed
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours. However, flexibility may be required during busy periods or when meeting with clients. The job may also involve occasional travel within Norway.
