As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth in the city of Os. You will work closely with the company's senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers
- Identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Creating and executing sales plans and strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management
- Training new sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure a smooth sales process
- Staying updated on industry trends, changes in the market, and competitors' products/services

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (preferably in the same industry)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and generating reports
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred but not required
