Our established manufacturing company in Siauliai is seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various mechanical equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical components according to technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary repairs
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Comply with company safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Siauliai, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, but preference will be given to local candidates.

Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
