Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Utena, Lithuania. As the project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that does not require any previous experience or fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects according to client requirements and budget
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards
- Keep track of project costs and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred but not required
