Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Mauren, Liechtenstein)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Mauren, Liechtenstein. This is a full-time position that does not require fluency in English, making it suitable for applicants from India. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including daily operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team of employees with different backgrounds and experiences
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and increasing profitability
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management practices
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Mauren, Liechtenstein.

Accommodation:

Education Level:
A minimum education level of 12th standard (or equivalent) is required for this position.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this role. However, proficiency in Indian languages is preferred, as well as basic knowledge of German.
