We are in need of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen. A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred. Strong knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients is essential. Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills are also important qualities for this role.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to develop new dessert menus and ensure that all pastries are made to high quality standards. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively lead and train junior pastry chefs.
