Cashier
City: Esbjerg, Denmark
A reputable retail store in Esbjerg is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Danish (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Denmark without visa sponsorship
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with working hours ranging from 30-40 hours per week. The store operates during regular business hours, including weekends and holidays. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
