Cashier Supervisor



We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cashiers and ensuring efficient and accurate transactions at the checkout counter.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise cashiers to ensure they provide excellent customer service and follow proper cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when supplies need to be restocked
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise during transactions
- Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to cashiers as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or management is a plus
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Good math skills with attention to detail
- Supervisory experience is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Accommodation:
This is a full-time job with accommodation provided. The employee will have their own room in shared staff housing.
