English Tutor

English tutors are responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to students seeking to improve their English language skills. They work with a variety of students, including non-native speakers, children, and adults. As an English tutor, you will develop lesson plans tailored to each student's individual needs and goals, and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their learning objectives. This is a part-time position in Bayan, with a salary of 1300$ per month.

As an English Tutor in Bayan, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting one-on-one lessons with students of different ages and skill levels.
- Assessing students' current level of English proficiency and creating customized lesson plans to help them meet their goals.
- Providing feedback and support to help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Incorporating interactive activities and games into lessons to make learning engaging and fun for students.
- Communicating regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Staying up-to-date on teaching methods and resources for teaching English as a second language.

Requirements:

- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working as an English tutor or ESL teacher preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in working with different types of learners.
- Availability to work during after-school hours or weekends.
