IT Systems Analyst

We are hiring a skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our company's computer systems and processes to ensure they are efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing new systems or processes to enhance our company's operations.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop plans for implementing new systems or processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of new systems
- Conduct tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process
- Train employees on how to use new systems or processes effectively
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend updates or improvements to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and security protocols
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with Indian employees preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month with accommodation provided.
