Warehouse Inventory Coordinator



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Shan, Philippines. As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory control system and ensuring the accuracy of all product data and records. Your primary role will be to maintain an efficient and organized warehouse by monitoring inventory levels, overseeing stock movements, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory control system by accurately recording daily stock levels, updating records, and conducting regular audits
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Oversee stock movements within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies between physical stock counts and recorded data
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement efficient storage solutions for products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse
- Train new employees on warehouse operations as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices and procedures
- Proficient in using inventory management software; experience with SAP is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
