Junior Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Horsens is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architecture Manager to join our team. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and approve construction plans, materials, and techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to resolve any issues or make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in architecture or construction is preferred but not required

Salary: Starting at 1600$ per month

Location: Horsens, Denmark (local candidates preferred)
